Cyprus

This is one of my favorite pictures taken from Cyprus on my Nikon D60. I dont know the guy but thought his lovely red back contrasted beautifully with the clear blue Mediterranean Sea...  Not the sort of picture I'd get blown up to show on my wall. Does have a slight similarity to the work of Wolfgang Tillmans one of my inspirational photographers.
Below is an image of the front windscreen of a Cyprus bus, all the guys had it. Like they were really proud. Loved it! Made the uncertain fear of the bus journey on unsteady mountainous roads more interesting and kind of reassuring.

The holiday itself was designed to help the Fernandes immediate family to bond, but it is a very well known fact that the Fernandes females do not play well with others.
I hated not getting the freedom to venture around the island as much as I anticipated as I was entertaining the Waterbaby of the family with his obession with swimming and watersports.
This made photographing the island ever more difficult with the 13 year old hyper active child going wild.

No more family holidays please.
